St. Croix Boom
The St Croix Boom is a highly competitive softball club focused on overall game and skill development and competing at the highest levels of softball in MN. We are looking for dedicated, hard-working kids who want to grow their game!
Ages
The St. Croix Boom have teams at the 12u, 14u, 16u and 18u levels
When
Teams are formed in early August and play through the following July
Where
The St. Croix Boom is run out of the East Metro (Stillwater, MN)
Practices
Fall
- 2 practices a week outside starting in August and finishing in September/early October
Summer
- Practice 2 -3 times per week (depending on tournament schedule)
Winter training
- Flexible off season training from some of the top trainers in the Twin Cities with proven results with fundamentals and advanced Fastpitch concepts.
- 20+/- total sessions
Games
Fall
- 1 to 2 tournaments
Summer
- 6-7 Tournaments
- Most tournaments will be in Minnesota with the potential of 1 to 2 out of town/ out of state tournaments that are USSSA sanctioned.
Cost
Approximate cost is $2,500 to $2,900 (depending on tournament costs)
